Auction Terms & Conditions Real Estate Terms for Balsam Lane Cottage / Donald & Mary Pageler Estate Sale Your bid for the real estate includes the 20' Bennington Pontoon, 14' Alumacraft fishing boat, Exmark Zero Turn lawn mower, boat and pontoon trailers, five kayaks, appliances, lawn furniture, the finely furnished house, the finely furnished Balsam Lane Cottage, and more! 0% Buyer’s fee will be added to the bid price. $15,000 deposit is required within 2 days of an accepted offer. The balance is due at closing, within 60 days or less. Title will pass with a personal representative's deed. Seller will provide title insurance. Taxes will be prorated to the closing date. The successful bidder will sign a WI Offer to Purchase agreement. Closing will be within 60 days of the auction, by August 29, 2018. Real Estate address is W6253 Balsam Lane - Phillips, WI 54555. Real estate was surveyed in 2012.
