Checkout Date/Time The pick up day FOR NON ARCHITECTURAL OR SMALL ARCHITECTURAL ITEMS (such as door trim or doors) is on Tuesday, June 2nd from 11am-5pm at 180 3rd Ave. S. Park Falls, WI 54552. If you have items that are both architectural and non-architectural, you can pick up and dismantle on the same later dates. It is important that if you have small items and small architectural items to have them removed to make items such as the hardwood flooring to be removed at the later dates. The pick up dates for the LARGE architectural or building items (such as hardwood floors, large built-ins, and the like) will be on Wednesday, June 3rd to Friday, June 5th from 9am-5pm.

This is the third part of the Knockdown Auction series.
Auction Terms & Conditions Terms: All items are AS-IS with no guarantees or warranties of any kind. All sales are final! Wisconsin Sales tax of 5.5% charged to all Wisconsin bidders (unless a resellers permit is presented). Winning bids will be charged a 10% buyers premium added to the bid. We accept cash, check, or credit card. Credit Cards will be charged an additional 3.5% fee for processing. For any total purchases exceeding $2000.00, we request payment via cashier's check or cash. Pick up can be arranged for up to one week after the auction. Call 715.339.2097. All items must be paid in full before removal. The city has asked that each person that does any removal of architecture sign a liability release. Each person on the premises removing architecture must sign a liability release form. For those that are picking up items that don't require dismantleing can pick up with no release form. Hueckman Auction LLC or the City of Park Falls will be held harmless for any accidents during dismantling of architecture. Items being shipped: We use UPS and USPS for shipping. If you are having the item shipped you will be charged for shipping the item with the cost of shipping plus a $5 packaging fee for the first item and a $3 fee for each additional item above the cost of packaging material. If the item is large or needs additional handling (such as the large photographs), an additional handling fee will be charged. We do ship in-house for almost all items. We will also work with your third party shipper or pick up agent (within reason). We will charge your credit card on file after 2 business days (M-F) (For a Thursday night auction, your card will be charged on Tuesday) unless you contact us to tell us a) you will pick up and pay on pick up b) you wish to send a check. c) want expedited shipping and are willing to pay the difference.
