This is the final leg of the Knockdown Auction series! Bidding ends Sunday, June 28th (with the first lots ending at 7pm).
Auction Terms & Conditions Terms: All items are AS-IS with no guarantees or warranties of any kind. All sales are final! Wisconsin Sales tax of 5.5% charged to all Wisconsin bidders (unless a resellers permit is presented). Winning bids will be charged a 10% buyers premium added to the bid. We accept cash, check, or credit card. Credit Cards will be charged an additional 3.5% fee for processing. For any total purchases exceeding $2000.00, we request payment via cashier's check or cash. Pick up can be arranged for up to one week after the auction. Call 715.339.2097. All items must be paid in full before removal. The city has asked that each person that does any removal of architecture sign a liability release. Each person on the premises removing architecture must sign a liability release form. For those that are picking up items that don't require dismantleing can pick up with no release form. Hueckman Auction LLC or the City of Park Falls will be held harmless for any accidents during dismantling of architecture. Items being shipped: We use UPS and USPS for shipping. If you are having the item shipped you will be charged for shipping the item with the cost of shipping plus a $5 packaging fee for the first item and a $3 fee for each additional item above the cost of packaging material. If the item is large or needs additional handling (such as the large photographs), an additional handling fee will be charged. We do ship in-house for almost all items. We will also work with your third party shipper or pick up agent (within reason). The pick up day is on Tuesday, June 30th from 11am-5pm at 155 3rd Ave. S. Park Falls, WI 54552. The pick up dates for the LARGE architectural or building items (such as the bank vault, large built-ins, and the like) will be on Wednesday, July 1st to Thursday, July 2nd from 9am-5pm. We will ship shippable items AFTER the pick up day. If you can't make the pick up date, please call 715.499.0713 to schedule. Items being shipped: We use UPS and USPS for shipping. Some items that are noted as "No Shipping" are not shippable. If you are having the item shipped you will be charged for shipping the item with the cost of shipping plus a $3 packaging fee for the first item and a $1 fee for each additional item above the cost of packaging material. If the item is large or needs additional handling, an additional handling fee will be charged. We do ship in-house for almost all items. We will also work with your third party shipper or pick up agent (within reason). We will charge your credit card on file after 2 business days (M-F) (For a Thursday night auction, your card will be charged on Tuesday) unless you contact us to tell us a) you will pick up and pay on pick up b) you wish to send a check. c) want expedited shipping and are willing to pay the difference. We will charge your credit card a second time upon shipping the item with the cost of shipping plus a $5 packaging fee for the first item and a $1 fee for each additional item above the cost of packaging material.
