Cindy Palm has sold her home and is now downsizing. We are offering two days for the Auction Preview. The first is Saturday, March 13th from 10am to 2pm and the second is Sunday, March 14th from 10am to 2pm at E6548 Creekside Trail Bessemer, MI 49911. The strict auction pick up days will be on Monday, March 15th from 3pm to 7pm and Tuesday, March 16th from 11am to 6:30pm at E6548 Creekside Trail Bessemer, MI 49911. Everything must be removed from the property by the evening of March 16th. There is No Sales Tax for this auction.

Auction Terms & Conditions Terms: All items are AS-IS with no guarantees or warranties of any kind. All sales are final! No Sales tax! Winning bids will be charged a 10% buyers premium added to the bid. We accept cash, check, or credit card. Credit Cards will be charged an additional 3.5% fee for processing. For any total purchases exceeding $2000.00, we request payment via cashier's check or cash. All items must be paid in full before removal.
Items being shipped: We use UPS and USPS for shipping.
If you are having the item shipped you will be charged for shipping the item with the cost of shipping plus a $5 packaging fee for the first item and a $3 fee for each additional item above the cost of packaging material. If the item is large or needs additional handling (such as the large photographs), an additional handling fee will be charged. We do ship in-house for almost all items. We will also work with your third party shipper or pick up agent (within reason). We will not ship any lots that do not state "Shipping Available" If you win a lot that does not offer shipping you are still responsible to pay for the lot.
If you have a declined credit card, we will charge a $20 chase fee, unless you contact us with another form of payment within 24 hours (of decline) on business days.
If you are a no-show to the auction pick up, we will run your card and you forfeit the item(s). No Exceptions.
